Instructor Tawnya Marney will cover the regulatory aspects of the management, operation and supervision of a real estate brokerage in Texas. It provides an understanding and working knowledge of the law of agency, the planning and organization of business entities, plus it covers requirements for written policies and procedures, records retention and control, advertising, recruitment and training of agents. Also the anatomy of a complaint filed with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). This Live online course meets the mandatory requirements for Texas Real Estate Brokers and Delegated Supervisors however any agent can take this class. This is 6 hours of CE credit.
